A $100 DEPOSIT is required to sign up for any multi-day tour.  Trip balance is due 30 days prior to the tour.  Cancellation after committing forfeits the deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of trip forfeits 50% of trip cost. Cancellation within 14 days of trip forfeits full payment, unless there is a person on the waiting list to become a replacement. In that case, just the deposit is forfeited.  All spots are committed in order of receipt of deposit, followed by an ordered waiting list. *For initial registration less than 30 days before a multi-day tour, or when making late payment of balance due add $25.
